Clarke H. was AMAZING!!! The best customer service ever. Real talk. When we first came, our unit was smaller than expected and when we expressed how we felt, he graciously helped us into a bigger unit. Really, really personable. EXTRA SPACE STORAGE really should consider moving him up to a greater management position and run training sessions for the other managers. As a business owner myself, he’s exactly who I’d want running my office. I’m hiring in 6months so ESS…watch out, I’m grabbing him if y’all don’t!

If you’re living near the Perimeter and need to rent a storage space, Extra Space Storage is a great place. Clean, well-managed and reasonably priced. Ask for Clarke, he’s the on-site Manager. He’s always happy whether in person , or on the phone.
