Do not rent here. Scam. Way above market rate. Rented here because it’s close.‘I have a 10x10 for $248 (which is already way above market rate) and just got an email today stating that, 3 months after my move in, my rate is now going up to $332–almost $100 more WITHOUT the insurance when my exact same unit is renting for $177 online at this exact facility. Buyer beware—go someplace else. Do not rent here. Will be moving out before this takes effect. FYI: market rate for this same unit at any other facility in 30030 is $130-$160….and that’s a premium rate

If you store at this facility you cannot rely on access to your unit. Twice in the last month the electronic access simply would not work and management took days to fix it. There is no notification that access is suspended and no notification when the problem is resolved. I witnessed families with packed U-Haul trucks being forced to turn around and figure it out—rent somewhere else temporarily, pay extra fees on their moving truck—who knows.
