I had an excellent experience last week working with Clay snd Cheree at the Commerce Road branch of Extra Space. I was very stressed out about having to store part of our furniture while the floors in our house were replaced and refinished, following major water damage to our kitchen. Unlike the previous place I tried, they actually answered my phone call in person, and were compassionate, friendly, and helpful. If they were out of the office, they would respond to my call within a few hours. The storage units there are reasonably priced, new and clean, climate controlled, and had high enough ceilings to accommodate my antique corner cupboard. I left feeling cared about and comforted. Kudos to Extra Space Storage!

The whole experience was pretty seamless, getting into our unit after signing up online was easy. The unit was nicely temperature controlled and I liked that there was a security camera in the building. There was some construction for a while but it was mostly not intrusive. Overall a good experience

The facilities are great and would recommend and Clay’s service was top-notch. I thought he was well informed and friendly! I think that there are a multitude of hidden fees that make it more expensive than advertised which I think is dishonest. The online price is not reflective of the actual. Expect to pay about 75$ more…

Really happy I chose Extra Space Storage in Bogart. I first picked it because it was convenient to my house. But then there were so many positives--everything is clean, well-lit, and secure. As a female, I'm wary of my surroundings, but I have no worries here. Clay was friendly and super helpful getting me set up and ready to move in. There's even an app with your account information and that opens the gate via bluetooth. I highly recommend!
