I'm storing a few items that's for sale and I needed a couple gallons of water to test the product for a potential buyer. I called the office and spoke to Nathaniel and he not only filled my container with a couple gallons of water he actually put it on the cart and took it to my unit...is that 5 star customer service or what!!! "AWESOME"

I thought the idea of getting an electric storage was cool until the day I had an emergency to retrieve an item from it and to discover I was not able to access my unit due to a malfunction. No one was able to come out to fix it at 7 pm. Was on a call with customer service for over an hour with no solution. Just to get an increase on my bill for $30 more on the following month. I say that to say get an electric unit at your own risk.
