I had a great experience at ExtraSpace Storage. The facility was clean, secure, and easy to access, but what really stood out was the excellent customer service. Dwayne Croom went above and beyond to help me out—he was knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s not often you come across someone so genuinely helpful.
