Just rented a medium unit from the location and I can see why Extra Space Storage is slowly taking over many other brands. The company has a pretty cool app that handles your access, billing and other needs which seem to be pretty stable and usable. I can use the app to access the gates without punching in the access code and if you have a bluetooth lock, use it to open your unit as well. The manager of this location Darryl was a delight to work with. He was energetic and super helpful in getting us the location we need. He explained all the rules about payments, vacating time when we want to stop renting and every other little detail carefully. The location has a slightly strange setup where the 1st floor access is actually not on the same heigh level as the office (1st floor is like the below the ground level as it was a high front and low back piece of land), so I wanted to change the location of my unit and Darryl was very helpful in helping us to find the location we liked. I must stress that after having to use a couple of storage facilities, a diligent and helpful manager is what makes and breaks a facility. I am very impressed with Darryl and am hopeful that our business at this location will be a smooth and happy one.

Huge thanks to Darryl for all his help today!!! Came in, he made the process easy and I was moving into my storage within literal minutes! I want to mention his attitude as well, I was having a bit of a tougher day than normal but his positivity and friendliness made my day!
