This was my first time ever using storage services. The area was Convenient and easy to start. Prices continued to increase tremendously since the start of the contract which is the only reason why I moved out. Staff is mostly cool and it’s quick to move out. The only thing to note was when trying to get info about confirming my move-out, instead of providing all information upfront, the front desk staff was very vague and I felt like I had to pull teeth for all details. Other than that it was a smooth experience so far.

just now New So I have a unit at the northside location and I have to put my experience, I am truly frustrated as well as furious… most of my furniture had to be salvaged due to the lack of awareness at that site. Las weekend I was asked to come in due to a “leak” on the first floor, I wasn’t going to move quickly but something told me to get up! I get to my storage to see almost everything I own sitting in months of backed up SEWAGE WATER!!! Yes, SEWAGE WATER!!! The lack of warning when your own employees say that they knew about the build up, made calls and no one showed up until the worst happens, is extremely disappointing that all could be avoided! You mean to tell me I have to furnish my entire house AGAIN because EXTRA SOACE DIDN'T CARE ENOUGH TO CLEAN OUT THEIR SEWERS???? Then for me to speak to a “District lead” and all that she could say to me is that “you have insurance “. It is the principle that I, MYSELF HAD TO WALK IN SEWAGE WATER TO MOVE WHATEVER WASN'T DAMAGED TO ANOTHER UNIT, no one thought to offer a solution, a discount, a simple I am truly sorry, this is our fault??? NO, instead I’m continuously told that it was not them, which is hard to understand when it indeed happened in YOUR BUILDING???? Is this how you run a business??? I had to wear MASK… GLOVES… and garbage bags to cover my feet just to see what or if I could keep anything, it’s been days AND ITHE SELL OS STILL PRESENT THEY HAVE YET TO EVEN CLEAN THE PLACE!!!! I’m extremely disappointed
