Updating my review after i moved out, everyone was helpful and super easy to work with. Something chewed on an item i had in my storage unit and the only option i had was to contact the insurance i have through them and it was very very difficult to even submit a claim to the point i just let it go. They did move me to another unit at no cost but the price recently went up and it’s crazy expensive for nothing special.
