I never leave reviews… However !?? Falon is the best !!! She has walked with me every step of the way. My stress level was off the roof …!!! Her kindness and country accent ?? I initially went to another unit and wasn't pleased with how they were maintained.I found this location in passing and determined it had a great special for the 10x30 unit. Outside of the well maintained facility, my ultimate deciding factor for this location was because of Fallon. Mrs. Fallon was extremely helpful and has a kind disposition which made a difficult decision so much easier. I'll continue to recommend this location based off my personal experience.

Fallon was efficient and effective by phone and in person regarding my renting a storage unit. She patiently answered my questions and thoroughly reviewed the process for best way to enter the building, route to my unit and operation of the lock. To top off my experience, Fallon has an upbeat and genuinely positive customer service attitude! I recommend Fallon to everyone! If other Extra Space Storage facilities and managers are of her caliber that is great.

I absolutely love the service rendered at this location. The property representative is very polite, helpful and courteous. She is very knowledgeable about the property. The property is always clean and smells good. Fallon goes above and beyond for their clients.
