Fallon , was very sweet and gracious. I loved how she made me feel welcome. The facility is very clean. I think it is the cleanest facility that I have picked units from. I will bid on more units from this facility. The loading area is poorly designed though. You pull up to the doors by going around a wall and driving down to them. If more than one vehicle you would be blocked in, as you have to back out from the loading area.
