Called in a few weeks back expressing the need to gather “next of kin” documentation for company policy, turns out the ladies in the front office had been calling to avoid losing our family belongings. Came in and was told that my father hadn’t properly locked the unit before passing, so they cut the old one and put the new one on express how helpful they both ladies were.
