I found the location online and found a promotional price I was interested in, but I wanted to see the location first-hand before I committed. Gary is a professional. He was incredibly articulate of everything I could possibly need to know, including answering questions I had before I even had to ask. He got me signed up quickly and easily and explained every charge and how the leasing process works so there won't be any surprises. Gary also made sure I could access the facility so that he could debug any challenges I came across. I didn't end up having any, but it would have been far better to experience them with him to help then to have those problems later when I'm trying to use the space for the first time. The facility is clean and comfortable, but more importantly, the storage unit is spotless. The app makes it easy to access the facility too. My only criticism is that there is a significant dip in the turn from the road to the shared drive way (Extra Storage Space and Burger King and another commercial building). That bump as you're turning in is unfortunate when loaded up with your contents to store.
