Tbey try to get over on you and charge unnecessary fees and lie about or can’t fully explain it. When this was LifeStorage I didn’t have these issues. This is outrageous and I’m definitely working to get my shit out of this establishment. Then they have people that think you’re dumb as if you can’t read working there. Not helpful at all. YES I’m frustrated cause I’ve been at this storage for almost a decade and never had these issues.
