I had an issue with my unit being located on the third floor called and spoke to Lamar who was able to move me to the first floor. He was very helpful, very professional and very friendly.

So far my set up experience was great. Melanie was amazing! She was very informative and transparent about the fees and policies, not to mention very pleasant. She showed me how to find my unit space, the door closest to it, how to operate the gate code and lock for the unit. She was very personable. I came in a few prior to finalizing to see the unit spaces and was not greeted with the same energy.
