The only constructive criticism I have is that I didn’t learn until I closed out the rental unit that the light was on a timer that needed to be activated several doors away. I just thought the light was burned out or something. It would be nice to inform renters of that detail at the beginning.

Burton was amazing! I am a seasoned storage unit user. But now that I’m 72 years old and making this move completely by myself I was so stressed out to the point of tears when I walked into his office to rent a unit. He was extremely patient and calming, nothing was a problem, took me upstairs to see my unit, at which time we decided together I was going to need an additional unit. When I left I was in such a better emotional state thinking “I can go this”! A big heart felt thank you to Burton. I will highly recommend Extra Space Storage on Abbotts Bridge Road!
