Why 5 stars? What really sets a storage facility apart? I mean, they're all secure and such. The real difference of course is the staff working there. They have to be good at their jobs and they have to have 5 star customer service skills. My experiences with Tania in the front office have been nothing but 5-star. It covers the range from seeing her sweeping outside and wishing me a sincere good afternoon all the way to answering my questions about rates and such. Once you have your space picked out and your stuff moved in all that matters at that point is who you have to deal with in the front office. I've been to other places where the staff treat you like you're interrupting their day to deal with you. And that's why I gave this location those well deserved Five Stars.
