The storage unit is NOT 24 hours access but extremely clean and great location on Mableton Pkwy. But I have no idea why they placed me on 3rd floor as disabled person who is moving by myself (which I told them). Unfortunately the elevator and floor are not aligned for safety. I have been there past three Saturdays (5/17, 5/31,6/7) EVERYTHING fell off my cart! Calling the office to request disabled unit on the floor because my washer and dryer are coming
