My experience for FABULOUS!!! Sorry for screaming but I truly had a great experience. Ms Neekela was so pleasant. Even though I chose my unit online, when I came to the store to make sure it was a fit Ms Neekela made sure I was happy with the unit size of my choice. She even let me choose the one I really wanted. Thank you Extra Space storage for hiring such a kind, considerate and pleasant person like Ma Neekela. Ms.Neekela Is such a nice person back in January? When I got my storage, she greeted me with a smile. She said good morning, my day wasn't going to good but when I left Extra Space Storage.
