I had my unit with them for almost two years and it was a very peaceful experience. Not expensive and easy access. The young lady at the front desk with the beautiful , Alessia, was super helpful when I moved out. I am one woman and could not get all my big furniture moved on my own, so the flat rate of 100 was SUPER clutch. Great place to rent.

Alessia the site manager expressed concern that I was leaving extra space storage due to a price increase. Aleesia explained the options which would have allowed me to remain with ESS, however I reacted upon notice of the increase, acquired a new and affordable new unit with a different company. She convinced me to return to ESS in the future based on the clear options she shared for storage services. Excellent customer service from Aleesia who was professional and concerned about Extra Storage Space customer needs. 5 star rating, thank you.

I have had nothing but great experiences with this storage facility. I rented my first unit with Damon who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Very pleasant to work with. After starting to fill my unit, we realized that we unfortunately needed more space. I was able to connect with Aleesia in the office right before closing. Instead of rushing me or not being helpful, she was great. She ensured that I had the right size and right location for my second unit. She was a such a pleasure to work with. Besides location and cleanliness, I would definitely use this location again because of the staff! 10/10
