The actual facility is fine. I did notice that my fee went up an additional $27/month after they changed from "Life Storage" to Extra Space Storage, although the email stated that there would be no changes to my lease. So, that's definitely annoying.

Facility needs a door unlock override for access outside of office hours. I had an early move and 1 level’s doors refused to open despite my access code granting entry. Another level’s entrance doors were wide open and not closing. Not convenient or comfy not knowing how long those doors have been wide open
