I’ve been a customer of ExtraSpace Storage on Terrell Mill for years! We currently have five units for our business while in transition from a 20,000 square-foot space down to a 10,000 square-foot space and they’ve been an exceptional keeper of our items. The agents are most helpful and always available to answer any questions we may have! I recommend them 10 out of 10!

I’ve been renting a storage note for almost a year since 2025 and posting $300 a month and there bathrooms has an either has an Out of Order sign ?? or just locked ?? no matter what time of the day you arrive, since I first started. It is absolutely ridiculous that while unloading and rearranging any storage units and as a paying customer. You literally have to walk across the street to use the restroom at the chick fil A! Smh this is not good customer service at all.
