Just moved into the storage and it’s absolutely great! The location is really clean and new. Indina helped us complete our reservation and was super lovely the entire time! UPDATE: We had this unit for approximately two years. The location was great and was easy to access when we needed to stop in for stuff. The temperature control worked the entire time and our stuff looked the exact same coming out as it did going in. On our move out day, the front desk staff (forgot to get their names) were super great and accommodating when we needed extra supplies and the door held open. Our biggest problem was the rate increases. Almost every 6 months the rates would go up. While we were partially informed of possible inflation, it was DRASTIC difference from when we first had the unit to moving out. We were paying almost 4x our starting amount and almost had to move out early. It worked out in the end.
