I called and came in to inquire about a storage. Upon arrival I met with Alex he was very pleasant and made me laugh a lot! We toured a few different storage spaces and he recommend the best affordable one for my items. Definitely would recommend Alex again! See you when I get back to move out my things!

Update: spoke with the manager he was very kind and apologized on behalf of his employee. Glad he was able to hear me out and understand my concern. Thank you for being prompt. Chose to get a life storage unit because it was close to my home. However, what is leading me to this one star review is the fact that the employees are extremely rude. Recently I pulled into the parking lot to get to my unit and stopped to look for my gate code. Suddenly a woman in a black Volvo pulled up to my car and almost hit my car and began to ask me what am I doing. I responded by saying I was getting my code to the gate and asked what was the problem. She told my boyfriend and I she pulled up to our car because it was closing time and asked us if we were trying to pay. We both said no and stated the reason we were there again. It wasn’t closing time actually because the gates close at a different time than the office. The woman kept raising her voice saying “I know how to drive I didn’t almost hit your car”. How are you going to tell two adults who witnessed you and your actions that you didn’t do something. I also asked why was she being rude and aggressive and she kept saying she wasn’t. I tried contacting customer service to complain about this interaction. I will be contacting the manager also. She was extremely unprofessional and this makes me want to move all of my things to another facility. I have never experienced such a rude and aggressive employee. All because you wanted to go home? Me going into my storage unit has nothing to do with you and the front office. This facility needs to have customer service training again. So rude.
