My original review was a 5 star rating due to the staff is friendly and it’s easy to access. It changed once I got upstairs. For a storage unit that advertises being climate controlled, it feels like a sauna inside on the upper floors. I sure hope you get this fixed, or my rental will be much shorter than anticipated.
