Accident during unpacking and a lot of blood was shed. Thankfully, Terosha P. was still in and took initiative immediately. Got out her first aid kit while cleaning the blood, handled the situation calmly, and ensured the injured toon care of themselves first before anything!! Thank you, Terosha!!

I stopped my the store to check on units yesterday and Lacy helped me. She showed me a unit, shes very knowledgeable and i figured she knew everything i needed to know. She was patient and kept making sure i didn’t need anything else. We were talking and she told me that she on the Braves team competition at work. So go Braves to Lacy and her teammates.

I just wanted to share my experience with Lacy at this location on 06/27/2024. I called with questions about renting a unit and I have never had a need for storage before so I had lots of concerns. Lacy was super knowledgeable and accommodating to all of my inquiries but the most enjoyable part was she made sure to offer me different selections that most best fit my storage needs. I was surprised at the level of care that I received and I definitely felt more at ease with my choice to rent a unit at this facility. I really appreciate Lacy for all of her help and I wish more establishments was this pleasant and attentive with their service. Thank you Lacy!
