Excellent customer service from start to finish. I was looking for a short to midterm solution after moving from Alaska. I called their central number and David took the time to search around my area for the perfect fit for size and climate control. He placed the unit on hold and I was shortly contacted by the local agents. Lee was very patient in explaining set up, leasing agreement, and was overall very personable. Great thing to note is that they do not have a minimum or maximum length agreement!

VERY CLEAN FACILITY, STAFF IS PLEASANT AND HELPFUL, I RECOMEND ANYONE NEEDING A STORAGE UNIT IN THE FAYETTE/COWETA COUNTY AREA TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT. BESIDES MANY SIZES OF UNITS , BOTH TEMPERATURE CONTROLLED OR NOT, THEY OFFER AREAS FOR BOATS, CARS AND CAMPERS. SECURITY IS A PRIORITY SO REST ASSURED YOU ARE COVERED.

So excited to find this place! Extra Space is so clean and secure. As a woman, I feel safe coming here; gated entry & cameras everywhere. The staff is super sweet and very helpful. Gail showed me several units and we picked the perfect size for my items.

Extra Space Storage is an easy, accessible way to store your belongings. The hours are convenient and the customer service is awesome. Leigh is a great representative who was very helpful to me as I was trying to sort out which storage scenario was best for my situation. The property is clean and provides ample space to maneuver large vehicles.

I just rented a storage unit at Extra Space. My unit is 12 X 18 and climate controlled. The rental experience was great! I really like Gail (I hope I got the name right)!! I’ve only had the unit for a few days so maybe I will do a follow up review after some time has passed.

Love this storage facility!!! Great prices and friendly staff!! Leigh is always on point to help anyone in need. She is down to earth and very knowledgable about the facility. If you have any type of problem she will jump on getting things squared away asap! Gail and Leigh both that work in the office are very nice and helpful. Any issues we have had get fixed ASAP and this facility is SO clean and I love that it's gated and the security cameras are always working. :) Thank you ladies for making my husband and I feel so welcome!!! Keep up the excellent work!
