To say that Tammy is courteous, polite & knowledgeable, very prompt and responsive to any questions or concerns , as well as passionate about her work and SUPER helpful would be an understatement. She is phenomenal, patient, and went the extra mile to assist me with my storage unit. I had an issue where my storage unit door mechanism wasn't operating properly, Tammy made sure the issue was resolved right away. Tammy takes initiatives in providing the best unparalleled client experience, since day one with the on boarding, and thereafter. She certainly deserves a raise! Also Ms. Leigh has been remarkable.
