Extra Space is an extremely nice storage unit, and the staff is so nice and kind to work with! The rapid rental process is the way to go if you are on a time crunch for a rental. Extra Space will send you the specific instructions with your unit number, directions to your unit, and the gate codes. Also, the manager will give you a personal call to ensure you are aware of everything you need! The location is very clean, climate controlled, and easy to navigate. Will definitely be a repeat customer if needed :)

Leigh at the Sharpsburg location is very friendly and attentive. As I moved things in another staff member was on the property and he was very nice as well. The grounds are clean as well as the unit.

Extra Space Storage is well managed, spotlessly clean, and secure. Jamie, the manager, is extremely responsive to his prospective clients-helping us secure a convenient unit for winter storage of a vehicle. Jamie is friendly, organized, proactive and easy to work with. The prices for units are competitive with others in the area. This is the second time we have used Extra Space Storage for our short-term storage needs and highly recommend this facility and its staff.

I rented a 10x10 climate controlled unit online. Jamie was my service representative, and he was extremely kind and helpful. He made it very simple to complete the process over the phone! I look forward to having a rental space here at Extra Space Storage.

From the first visit and every visit afterwards to the office at the Extra Space, Newnan location, Jamie has been terrific! He is always pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable about the storage business and kind. He is a person who exemplifies how Customer Service should be handled.
