I have been buying storage action for over 3 years all over GA. I have never delt with such rude and nasty employees in my life. Not only did they padlock 2 of my won actions units after it was paid and I already had locked with my own personal lock but I was also spoken to very rudely and violently by David one of their employees. I have very server Crohn's disease and while I was cleaning out a unit had to run and use the restroom on the grounds. DAVID not only told me I was not allowed to use an employee bathroom but he also laughed at me when I tried to explain to him I have crohns disease and needed to use it, he advised me to run across the street to the Krogers if I had to use the restroom. Now if you are not familiar with Crohn's disease, it is an intestinal disease that you are not able to hold your bowls. When I even tried to explain this to him he stated its only for employees and laughed and could not use it. I had to run back into my car to run to the public restroom across the street. When I returned back to the storage place, I was speaking to another employee "Jada" regarding what just took place and asking for the managers information so I can contact her directly to notify her of what took place with David. David came out of the back room screaming and yelling in a very aggressive manner and stating how I was a liar and how he did not laugh at me. To the point my husband and 6 year old daughter heard him screaming at me from outside while they where in the car. I have never ever been spoken to by a young person in this manner, especially over using a restroom nor being laughed at over my crohns disease. This has truly been a horrible horrible experience at this storage facility. Please beware of the rude, nasty and violent behavior. After speaking to the manager Sander she was also not apologetic by any means. She just stated she told him to stay away from me. Not once did she apologize to me on the behalf of her rude and violent employee. This is truly sad what the world is coming to and how kids speak to adults with health issues.
