I had an excellent experience working with Shan at Extra Space Storage, and I truly appreciate the way she went above and beyond to help me. After my storage rate increased, I reached out to the office for assistance. Unfortunately, I initially spoke with someone else who told me she would look into it and get back to me, but I never received a call. Once Shan returned to work, I reached out to her directly, and the difference was incredible. She listened to my concerns, took the time to look into my situation, and was able to help reduce my rate. What stood out most was that Shan genuinely cared. She didn’t make me feel like just another customer. She took ownership of the situation and followed through. Her willingness to help and her commitment to making things right made a big impression on me. I’m very grateful for Shan’s help and the professionalism and personal attention she provided. She is a true asset to Extra Space Storage, and I would absolutely recommend working with her to anyone looking for a storage facility. Thank you Shan for taking care of me when it really mattered!
