If I could give 10 stars I would! Talk about someone who consistently goes above and beyond! Shan provides excellent service every time. At move in I caught her as she was about to go on her break and she made sure before she left that my questions were answered. Additionally on a different day, just before close, I arrived once again and she went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered and corrected a misunderstanding that I'd initially received over the phone. She resolved the matter quickly and professionally!!! I'm really glad i chose this location! Shan, thankyou so much for everything you did for me today! I really appreciate you!
