Shan is, without question, one of the most exceptional employees I’ve ever encountered at any storage facility and honestly, in customer service overall. My family and I were loading up our unit, and she went above and beyond in a way that deserves real recognition. From the moment we arrived, Shan showed professionalism, patience, and genuine care. She didn’t just “do her job” she anticipated needs, offered solutions before we even asked, and made a stressful day feel organized and smooth. Her communication was clear, her attitude was positive, and her work ethic was unmatched. What stood out most was her calm leadership. Even while dealing with pressure from her superiors, she never let it affect her service or her kindness. She handled everything with grace, respect, and a level of dedication that reflects true excellence. If every employee operated like Shan, this location would be the gold standard for the entire company. She deserves recognition, support, and appreciation not criticism. She is an asset to the organization, and I hope her superiors understand the value she brings every single day. Five stars isn’t enough. Shan is phenomenal.
