I was very pleased with Daniels’s customer Service and I would highly recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone. I was having a rough day and when I spoke with Daniel he took very good care of ALL my questions and needs and he had a pleasant attitude and was very informative. I had no issues with the items being stored at location however, I did not like or appreciate how I was approached at my vehicle on Saturday morning (9/14/24) when waiting on the moving company to arrive to remove my items. Walking to someone’s vehicle and asking, “what are you doing?!l” is not professional! The question could have been asked in a different manner and tone, especially to a woman.
