We paid for our storage unit online and within 10 minutes we were able to head to the unit and start putting stuff in. It was cleaned and ready to go when we got there. The staff working there is very nice and was able to answer all my questions with no hesitation.

I scheduled online for a unit online. They charge me for a lock because it started option to take it off but as soon as I got there they refunded it. I just want to say that Ash is an incredible person you have working for you. She is so compassionate and so good at making things happen and going the extra mile for the customers. However, I have had to leave this company because of an unexpected 100% increase of my storage rate. I just can no longer afford to store with this company.

The staff is very nice and easy to work with! The only issue I had is that when it was built, the wasn’t ample space left between the rows to get the moving trucks in.
