My experience at this facility was better than I expected. I chose this facility due to their location and rates; however, the office staff have been absolutely wonderful! I have never had an issue. Each time I had a question, she was always quick with assistance and professional. I truly did not expect such excellent customer service from a storage facility. If I ever have to use a storage facility in the future, I will return to this location. Thank you for going above and beyond!!!
