Nice facility, but rates have gone up almost 400% in one year. Started with a $55/mo promo rate, which went to $90 after the promotion expired. Then, out of nowhere, we started getting billed $170. No notice; just jacked up the rate. We’ll be moving to a Public Storage facility next month.
