Do not rent here. They are predatory with their business practices. I rented out a 10x25 and only after 4 MONTHS my rate hiked almost 50%. Management is not as responsive as they should be and seem almost impossible to reach. I would never recommend renting a unit here to anyone let alone any extra space storage facility.
