My relationship with Extra Space Storage began more than three years ago at the Hawai?i Kai location on O?ahu, where I had the pleasure of working with Jen, the manager at the time. Her exceptional service helped establish the trust and appreciation I’ve carried for the company ever since. So when life and business brought me across the Pacific and onto the continent to establish our East Coast presence, continuing that relationship felt like a natural choice. And what a great decision that turned out to be! Kat at the Ronald Reagan Parkway location has been nothing short of phenomenal! From our very first interaction, Kat made securing my storage space and navigating the transition incredibly seamless. She was knowledgeable, attentive, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure everything worked for my needs. But what makes this experience especially meaningful is that her exceptional service didn’t stop there. When my sisters began transitioning their spa business from a smaller location into a significantly larger space, they needed additional storage to support that growth. Once again, Kat came through! Not only did she help us find the right solution, but she also helped coordinate access so that we could be authorized users of one another’s storage spaces. As business owners, having that kind of flexibility and convenience is invaluable! And the facility itself? Another win! Exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and so well cared for that it feels practically brand new. Add secure gated access, keyless entry to both the property and the building, and the convenience of accessing our spaces with ease, and you’ve got an experience that checks all the boxes. It’s clear that attention to detail extends well beyond customer service and into the care of the property itself. It’s the combination of thoughtful amenities and exceptional people that makes this location stand out. For me, great customer service has never been simply about completing a transaction. Kat demonstrates those qualities consistently, with a warmth and professionalism that never feels forced or transactional. Having experienced Extra Space Storage’s service from the Hawaiian Islands to the East Coast, I can say that the people behind the business are what truly make the difference.
