Renters this unit from extra storage space I dealt with a representative by the name of Steven he is very professional handles customers with courtesy and takes time to listen and understand their needs and offer suggestions as to what they may have as a solution it was a pleasure doing business with him and I would recommend anyone that went from extra storage space in this area to ask for Steven

This review is based solely on Steven and his top tier customer service. He was so patient with me and answered every one of my many questions. Although I have not seen the inside of my storage unit (I have a broke ankle, so I had the movers move my things), Steven assured me that every unit is always cleaned and wiped down after every single use, and he also made sure that I had a unit close to the entrance in case I need to go in it myself. Thank you so Steven for going above and beyond for me!
