I like the fact that these storage units, parking lot, building are clean and brightly lit and it is easy to access my unit with a personal code. I have had a storage unit at another facility and it seemed so complicated to get in the building and to my unit. Greg was informative, helpful, and patient answering all of my questions with the process of getting a unit and made it stress-free. The manager, Stephyn, was so cheerful and kind today when we met and offered additional information. We are having a very positive experience here.
