My wife and I needed to rent a second storage unit at Extra Space in Woodstock. We worked with Stephyn on determining what what would be best for our needs. Stephyn was very helpful and we quickly decided on our best option. Stephyn clearly explained everything we needed to know and we finished the whole process in about 30 minutes. Compared to another local storage location the whole process was clear and pleasant, and the units are very well maintained.

We couldn't be happier with our choice to store our belongings at this location! Stephyn went above and beyond to help us get into a unit (now we have two!) We were impressed with the cleanliness & the updated locking system!
