No long-term loyalty discounts. Rent seems to be going up so they can pay for their expansions and renovations. Your rent consistently goes up every 3 to six months. The units are clean but expensive. The doors are always locked which is difficult. They make you put in a code to get in the door and then put in a code to get on your elevator. Which is Goofy because the elevator stops at every floor negating the security of putting in your code if you can just get off on any floor. I asked if it was a high crime area and why the doors were locked at noon and the lady said it's something she likes to do because people keep propping the doors open and it messes up the sensor. I said do you think maybe if you didn't have the doors locked at noon in broad daylight people wouldn't need to prop them open? I can see how It's hard to stop everything and put in your code to open the door when you're carrying a couch. There is also a small bit of carpet in front of each of the elevator doors that are tacked down in place with a piece of trim. It's a terrible trip hazard for people carrying boxes. It's like a tiny speed bump right as you get off the elevator. That is inconvenient when pushing fully loaded carts. Overall I'd recommend anywhere else.

Clean safe facility.

I've had my things here for quite some time and I can say with full confidence that will probably continue for a good bit longer. Nicole (front counter) and Sam(property manager) go out of their way to make sure you're taken care of and are as nice as they are professional. My experiences have included being helped into my unit when my keys were stolen free of charge as well as receiving personal phone call reminders if I switched payment cards and something didn't go through. (They could have easily just not notified me and ran up late fees or something) ?? The units are also very clean. Like near immaculate. Love this place ????

Great location! Helpful and friendly employees! My family and I have been using them for years. If I ever need to store things in this area again, I’ll be sure to do it here.
