First I'd like to say that, We opened our unit online, it was super easy! No hassle no dead ends it was EASY! Second, They give you direct instructions. Step by step which makes it EASY to find your unit (map) so you don't get lost cause it's a big place. Third, they follow up on your experience. You can contact them and they are very friendly. No long waits in office or on the phone. Amazing people and customer service. Also it's a clean and safe place. 10/10 ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? across the board ?? recommended ?? This Extra storage space is like a 5 star ?? Hotel for storage, This is my honest Review! Omg I'm reading these 1-4 star reviews and let me tell you, the lame reasons they give. Evert where you go has rules, every where you go has ACCIDENTS hence out of the workers hands. I'm sure they ALSO could not entere the building not just you, next time get a unit OUTSIDE. Il If you like this place give them 5 ?? what 4 ?? because not every where is perfect, that does not mean they don't deserve a 5 star rating.
