Had a great experience with Dona She was very polite and very friendly.She got me set up with no problem.I would recommend anybody needing a storage unit to come to this place.Also , it's very clean , no debris , clean lockers and just a general clean area again , highly recommended

I worked with Donna and had a phenomenal experience! She made sure to be super up front with different pricing options and fees, and she help us to work through what would fit our needs best with patience and wisdom. She is kind and easy to talk to. Overall, I am incredibly pleased with this storage unit facility and the customer service experience, and I will use them again for all storage needs.

This is by far the best storage place I’ve ever used (and I’ve used A LOT of places spanning over 20 years and up & down the east coast from NY down through VA). The staff here are genuinely helpful and friendly and the grounds are pretty much immaculate. Everything is clean- from the office to the units. Even the doors to the units are clean and super easy to open and close. I’m 5’3” so I’ve had one or two issues over the years trying to close my door when I’m done. I noticed that every door has a rope so it’s easy to reach if you’re short like me. The prices are really very reasonable, too, which is always a plus. Also, you can’t get into it without putting your code into the box. And the hall lights are motion censored and light up as you walk through. If you’re looking for a self storage unit where the staff is amazing and you don’t have to worry about bugs and rodents- and your safety- this is most definitely THE place!! My son surprised me and put our stuff (that we’ve been driving around with for months) here and Mark was just so wonderful and really left a lasting impression on him. I met him myself and I can see why… he’d really friendly, caring and an overall good person. I highly recommend you check out the Lynchburg, VA location if you need a storage unit!!
