Wow, honestly, this place has the most incredible customer service. Being an out of state college student can be really challenging. Especially with having so many things to store, including a car! But I feel so much better knowing my things are in a safe place with people that truly care about me and my stuff! I can call for anything and I will always receive the absolute best customer service. Even if my dilemma or inquiry can’t be solved right away, I always receive a call back. I am extremely grateful for the genuine care I have received with this team!

The service was excellent! Everything was set up for me and I have very good access to my unit. If I need help or have questions they are ready and willing to assist me!

I recently rented a unit from Extra Space Storage and would like to share my experience. First, the staff is absolutely great. I would rate them 10 stars!! They were friendly and helpful. Their customer service is top-notch, and I truly appreciate their assistance. However, I encountered a significant issue that impacted my overall satisfaction. When I initially rented the unit, I was not informed that the rates could be raised at any point. i feel as though this crucial piece of information was withheld from me, and I only found out later when my rate was increased by $60. I was told this increase was to match mainland prices, which was quite surprising and frustrating. Had I known about the potential for such a significant rate hike, I would never have agreed to rent the unit. I chose this storage facility because, although it was a bit pricey, I was able to make it work within my budget. But an unexpected $60 increase each month is simply not feasible for me. In summary, while the staff is excellent, I feel misled by the company’s lack of transparency regarding rate increases. It feels like the company is more focused on making money than on being upfront with its customers. If you’re considering renting here, be sure to ask about potential rate hikes and get all the details upfront. As a result of this outrageous and non-transparent price hike, I gave my notice to move out. I cannot justify staying when the costs keep escalating without proper communication and transparency.
