Great experience! Extra space storage is great place in Kona! Site Manager Michelle Ching Laporte is a great asset to this company and so very helpful! I needed help in finding the correct size for my storing needs, she walked me through all the options and answered all my questions in a very timely manner and so courteous! I definitely recommend this storage site and if you need help, you should definitely ask for Michelle! I really appreciate how she takes the time and takes care of her customers/tenants with a smile!

The people make a place worthwhile with that being said Michelle Has been nothing but nice since the start to finish. Talking story with her has been a blast. She’s such a sweet lady. I was in need of a late minute storage unit. I phoned the call center and spoke to Tyler. He was very attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. It was an easy transaction. I was instructed to stop by the ofc to finalize the paperwork. What made a pleasant experience this far was meeting the store manager Michelle Laporte. She was amazing and offered above and beyond excellent service. Your company is fortunate to have these team members on staff. Bravo for a job well done. Great customer service is hard to find these days. Thank you for the help!

I would like to take the time to acknowledge how great the service is. I had a guy at first (silly me i forgot his name????) but he was very welcoming and helped me when i first needed a storage unit and was very informative on any questions i had. Then i also had michelle help me . She was very kind and welcoming as well. First month is free, and price is reasonable if you need a place to put ur stuff for a lifetime.The area is very neat and my favorite part is they provide a cart for anyone to use for carry heavy items to ur storage unit. They also send out messages to notify you on anything and remind you when its time to pay. Overall, i give everything 5 stars. They truly are the best.
