I am SO HAPPY TO REPORT: The last eight months with Extra Storage has been such a Wonderful experience; so much so my wife & I actually felt bittersweet at our final farewell moments with Michelle, as she was responsibly making her rounds through the Storage area, and we were fortunate to actually thank her personally at the marvelous professionalism and genuine Aloha she, and The Whole Staff at Extra Storage showed us during Our time with them. The individual Units are exactly as they are advertised and getting into one is as easy as pie, without any problems, and their reminders are always efficient and timely. The best part: the Gate Codes are so easy to put in AND THEY WORK. ALL IN ALL, it truly was a memorable and pleasantly enjoyable experience FROM START TO FINISH. MAHALO Michelle.

Updated: I cannot say ENOUGH about the STAFF that has since been hired! Each time I have been in the office it has been such a friendly professional exchange. When I visit or drive by 4/5 times the manager is seen on property. And when I visit I know she is available but not ever intrusive! The hallways don’t smell and the place is impeccably clean- even the bathroom! I was able to transfer to an outside unit and it was painless! Mar 2023: I rented an inside unit. It’s feels about 10 degrees warmer in the unit as there is very little fresh air flow, so plan to sweat, more than you think possible. The units are not sealed tight so it appears as though bugs and possibly mice can get in, thus the star rating. The unit was clean, though the hallways smells stale. The process from the first phone call to keys in hand was painless! There was no light fixture in my unit but the light from the hallway was adequate. The trolly truck that is provided so we can move our stuff from outside into our unit seems to be one per section, for this site I believe there to be three to four trolleys for the whole storage compound, thankfully no one else in my section needed one. Also the see the photo of the trolley, trolleys do not have any form of sides so hauling a bulky thing, such as a mattress, is almost impossible, so bring a helper! Another reason for the star rating. There is a clean restroom on site. To get out of the compound, you input the gate code you used to get through the gate. There is no access to drinking water , so be sure to bring it. This is day two... so far I am more than pleased. Kindly, Lizzi
