We had a great experience. The Manager, Gary made the whole process a breeze for us. When I first entered the office he was approachable and easy to establish a report with. He was informative while never trying to sell me a "pitch". Beyond that, we also like the unit. Realizing as i write this, there maybe not extensive criteria for that,, however the unit is nicely insulated, pest free and humidity free. So fully meets our expectations. Also location is a plus. New industrial. Away from the clutter of town but not too far away. Definitely recommend ??
