I didn't like how they increased the rent so much over time, especially since I was there for 4 years. You would think that they would show some appreciation for their long term renters, but instead, they almost doubled the rent incrementally over time. That wouldn't have been so bad if I hadn't gone online and noticed that a new renter could get the exact same unit for less than half of what we were paying! This added up to thousands of dollars over time that was paid by their loyal customers. They also have rats which nested in our boxes and pooped and urinated throughout the unit. Other than that, even though the security was not stellar, there was never a break in and the 24hr access was nice. So, after so much negative feedback, you're probably wondering why I gave this a five star review? That's because of a manager of the facility manager named Teresa. She was very kind and respectful and helpful throughout the process of moving out of the unit and even helped me to extend my exit date on a prorated basis so that I didn't have to pay the final month in full. She also helped out when she heard that I had a baby grand piano that I couldn't move by myself, so she called the pastor of her church and asked if he would be interested in it. He was a very nice man and purchased the piano for the church, so I didn't have to move it. So, if it weren't for Teresa, my star rating would have been different, but she really made all the difference in the end! Thank you
