While the staff are kind and helpful, someone needs to clean the place. It hasn't been swept at all since I started storing there. So probably a good six months. Thankfully, they did clean up the pigeon poop which piles up at the storage door. My things were okay there. I just think they need to sweep, at the very least. Little pieces of trash do pile up and the dirt.

We value your opinion. We’re glad our staff were kind and helpful and that your belongings were safe, but we’re sorry the facility wasn’t consistently swept and free of dirt and litter. We’ll share this feedback with our team.

Mary

October 10, 2026

This is my 3rd time renting storage at Extra Space in Kihei and I have to say, as funny as it sounds, it is always a pleasurable experience. In few businesses have I encountered such friendly, efficient and conscientious employees. The space is always safe, clean and accommodating. Makes the tedious experience of storing just a bit easier. They have earned my total appreciation!

Hi Mary, thanks so much for your review! We are thrilled to hear your experience was positive and are always here to help with your storage needs! Give us a call at (808) 874-7496 or stop by the office if you need anything!
