No matter how wonderful staff can be, safety issues are the worst, the building is beyond suffocating. The recommended coming early or late but gate closes at 10 pm and doesn’t open till 6 am. I have wasted my time sitting inside the facility waiting till middle of the night to go into a building that is way to hot. Honestly there is a very simple solution, I would love to explain. Now however I am going to basically double my payment to relocate. The prices here change every day and your contract is not secure prices jump but never go down. I will be looking into different options in the coming months price isn’t worth the value, or lack of it. After fallowing the instructions you gave to call the 888 Storage I was transferred back to the local store. They do not have any answer except to upgrade my unit for a steep increase of price. Explaining again that they do not have any immediate solutions and we will have to do our best under restrictions in place while paying the full price.

We are very sorry to hear about your experience and take your concerns regarding facility conditions, safety, and pricing seriously.
