Thankfully, the team at Extra Space Storage Kaua’i stepped in and saved the day-KYLIE was incredibly understanding, compassionate and knowledgeable. KYLIE verified my identity securely, answered all questions I had and helped me get my old lock cut off quickly. On top of that, I was eligible for the 50% promo discount off of a new lock.
