The location is good. The price was great when we first moved in, but when the price has doubled within a year we needed to move on. Make sure you regularly check your camper, boat …whatever your storing… there are pigeons, and now the back of our camper is covered in pigeon poop. The front desk has always been responsive and helpful, overall it’s a nice place but if they had a yearly contract or known annual increase the clients would know what to expect and plan for. I would have liked to stay there but there is another location closer to us and for far much less a month … guess we will see how long it lasts.
