????? 5 Stars — Outstanding Facility, Even Better Management! I can’t say enough good things about Extra Space Storage, and especially the manager, Steve! He’s truly one of the best in the business and a huge reason why I continue to store my equipment here. What really sets Steve apart is that he genuinely cares about his customers. He’s not just there to manage a facility or collect a payment. He actually goes above and beyond, advocates for his customers, and does everything he can to make sure they’re treated fairly and taken care of. That kind of dedication and customer service is becoming increasingly rare these days, and it deserves recognition. On top of that, the facility itself is absolutely first-class! Everything is modern, well-maintained, and state-of-the-art. The convenient on-site RV dump station is another fantastic feature and makes life so much easier for those of us with RVs. I’ve had plenty of experience with storage facilities over the years, and I can confidently say that it’s people like Steve who earn customer loyalty. A great facility is important, but having a manager who genuinely fights for his customers is what keeps me coming back. Steve, thank you for everything you do! Extra Space Storage is fortunate to have you representing their company. Five stars all the way! ?????
