Marty, the manager is a wonderful employee. Always helpful, he has offered assistance to me on many occasions. Sadly, your facility has a very bad water leak right over my unit. He has been right there to clean up the mess within a minute of my call to him on the water. He offered close by storage right away and helped me move wet items there. He contacted repair people immediately. I honestly would have left your facility without Marty’s assistance. A good guy and one who always waves when I’m in the place. I can count on him…that not often these days. Dave Kaufman Unit 1030.

Such a great experience! Signing up online was super easy. I rented a unit for the next day, and it was super easy to enter the facility without the office actually being open. I was able to locate my unit quickly, and it was open, clean, and ready for use. Once the office was open, Dave made sure to check that I was all good. He was very friendly. Very happy with this facility!
