Review update: customer service replied to my review with a customer service number to call. All the number does is reroute us back to the place we rent. Which their response is, they do NOT care what prices they gave, they can and will increase prices whenever they want. They do not need to give any notice. BEWARE - THEY SIGN YOU UP FOR ONE PRICE AND NOT EVEN 4 MONTHS LATER THEY RAISED YOUR RENT BY OVER $80 WITHOUT TELLING YOU. When we signed up, we were told our price was locked in. Not even 4 month later, they charged our account over $80 more. They took over a week to get back to us, only to say that surprise rate increases is what they do, and we should expect another significant rate increase about twice a year.
We sincerely apologize for the unexpected rate increase and the delay in our response, Laura. We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially after being told your price was locked in.
