Timothy Petty has helped us here, and is the best! We have rented a few units for a move and this facility is clean, temp controlled, it’s safe to get in and out, and is new. Easy to get to units with plenty of carts and elevators that work! I’d give more stars if I could. It’s my first experience renting units and it’s been so easy.

Timothy is a class act! I went to a few different locations. One of the reasons that I chose this location is because Timothy went above and beyond to make sure to help me. From the initial phone call and visit to the signing of lease, walk through, Timothy was patient and answered all of my questions. Pretty sure he stayed late to get me all set up. Highly recommend. A+ customer service.

i wasn’t able to access my storage unit on move-in day, which was a Sunday when the office is closed. i called 2 days later, the gentleman i spoke with was kind & helpful. he let me know my code was working & he would find out why the gate wasn’t working properly the day i tried moving in.
