Dealing with Miguel was refreshing, given that the two spaces that were practical for me with other storage businesses became irrelevant. Decided on Miguel's location purely because Miguel was professional, transparent and clear in setting expectations on pricing and promotion. He is trustworthy and behaved like he owned the business. Take note Extra Space corporate, this is a high quality characteristic, that is rare nowadays. While he was showing me around, there was a client that had just pulled in to access storage, and Miguel addressed her by her name. Wow, he knows his customers.
